As a rule once you've accessed the Studio, you'll have received the knowledge and strategies that make up module one of the programme.

The refund policy for innov8 graphic design (www.inclusive-optimization.com) is:

All our programs are prepaid.

We provide a 48-hour grace period following your purchase.

Just so you know, once you've started accessing and using materials for a program or course, this grace period will end automatically.

Refunds, once materials and coaching have been utilised, will be at my discretion.

Inclusive Optimization is a strategy, not a magic fix.

If you implement what you learn, you will see the benefits.

If you don't – you won't.

Therefore my promise to you is that if you implement what you learn as you go and genuinely don't see any improvement within 12 weeks from the start of your course, I will give you a FREE one-to-one strategy session to investigate why that might be.

If we are unable to get to the bottom of why that is, I will refund your money in full.

If, however, you realise that the self-led pathway is not for you after all and you are struggling to implement what you have learnt, we can upgrade you to the hand-held pathway, deducting the price of this pathway from that fee.

In my hand-held pathway, you have weekly live training & implementation sessions with me and I will hold you accountable to that implementation.
